Sriracha Chicken Wings

1kg chicken wings

Marinade

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

2 tablespoons light soya sauce

Glaze

¾ cup ketchup

¼ cup Sriracha sauce

2 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

¼ cup chopped spring onions

 

Mix all the marinade ingredients with the chicken wings. Place in the fridge for 6 hours or preferably overnight.

Preheat the oven to 200C

Mix all the glaze ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Place the chicken wings on a tray and place in the oven. Brush the glaze on to the wings every 5 minutes until the glaze is finished and the chicken wings are cooked.

Place the wings on a serving platter and sprinkle with the sesame seeds and spring onions
